Transferring money from a credit card to a debit card?

I have a Bank of America account with an American Express credit card and Visa debit card. I wanted buy something earlier today but they didn't accept Amex and I didn't have enough on my Visa. So I was wondering if I could transfer money from my Amex onto the Visa, how I would do it, and if there would be any fees attached.
