Are you a horse person for life or is it just a phase?

I think I will always be into horses. I have two horses now, and I know when they are gone, I will want to find a new equine companion. (Not to say that they will replace my Lady or my Copper, because that's just not going to happen. Lady was my very first horse, who I had a help in breaking, so we have a special, special bond. Then Copper is my sweetie who strives to take care of me while I'm in the saddle).
