Anyone else 20 and pretty much friendless?

My siblings have lives of their own and pretty much everyone around me has an existing peer group so I cant really into that. Ive moved out of town once and switched schools thrice because of moving so I could never really stay in touch with anyone for long, in the end the people I left behind stayed friends and I Ieft. Now I live in the town where I did primary school and people I knew back in 4th grade are still together. Im the only one who doesnt fit in anywhere. My family makes fun of me all the time as they are always doing something fun with their respective friends and Im at home alone. I have one best friend but she goes to another school and has friends of her own so the two of us dont do much other than occasionally hag out. Also, my parents hate her for some reason and tell me to make new friends and socialize more. I dont know what to do, everyone has their gang, I cant barge my way into anything. I feel so helpless and lonely!
