Army ROTC uniform wear on flights?

You have the option to do it in the US but I would not recommend doing it if you are leaving the United States. Some countries don't like us and they would probably single you out if they see you in uniform. Pretty much every OCONUS leave briefing you will get in the Army tells you to hide the fact that you are an American when you leave the country.
