What are wrestlemania 25 vip riser seats?

Can someone please explain what they are and how they will be set up at WM 25? We're going and got tickets in vip riser 124 row 3. not familiar with the setup and not sure if we're going to have a good view or not. ticketmaster doesn't explain anything really apart from where they are located. Who puts them up, are they elevated, thanks in advance, quick 10 points ready to give out for someone who can clear this up.
