Need title of historical romance book?
There's a title of a book I read a decade ago, when I can't remember the author or the title itself. It's historical fiction and romance. There's a girl named Virginia who pretends to be Johanna after she died and meet Stone Thrower, part Native American. I read it in 1995. Does anyone know the name or the author of this book? I can't get it out of my mind.
How to Win Him Back?
He and I have been together for almost 5 years and have a beautiful baby girl together. We even had marriage plans. Recently, there has been some mild tension and he suddenly decides he wants to end our relationship. Problem is, we live together and are staying together until the lease is up in about 4 months. I know the main reason it happened is because of my attitude, I tend to be very b*tchy but am making some great progress in eliminating that hostility from my life (a big problem was a boatload of issues with my parents, who I am distancing myself from to avoid further conflict). I have this odd feeling that maybe he just wants to go out and "test the waters" and would be ok with that if there is a good chance we'd get back together. We are both still in love with each other and still do everything together, ie. eat, sleep, play together, etc. and the only thing that has really changed is that he says we are no longer together. My time is running out fast! How do I win him back?!
Sorry to put it so bluntly/crly- but why, oh why, are women castigated for masturbation?
I apologise to all those puritans that are shocked and secretly touch themselves under the cloak of night, without sin. Just very curious why it's ok, from adolescence, for boys to brag about it and girls to pretend virginal innocence- though humans be from the same ual mold. Same drives and urges, but distinctly different attitudes towards what is normal and what isn't. Isn't it time for girls to stop feeling ashamed of having natural urges? And wouldn't it be a relief for men to know we have them, all of the time? Shame begetting shame and the like. Prefer Jung, but boy wouldn't (and didn't) Freud have a heyday with the premise...
Can being obese and unhappy with yourself make you tired and spacey all the time?
I'm just so lethargic, I wanna go back to bed all the time and can't be bothered seeing my friends or doing my work!
