Why is no one talking about the courts putting a halt to Scott Walkers "law" in WI?

This is a huge victory for Democracy - when the people can stop the totalitarianism of an elected official who has clearly overstepped his authority. Of course Walker will appeal the injunction, but until it goes through the courts, will Wisconsin be safe, or will he pull out the stops and go even further?
