To Tan or Not to Tan?

Regarding Vitamin D...you do get some from foods. In my nutrition cl my teacher said 15 minutes of exposure a day is plenty. And you won't get cancer if you don't get enough. Usually when I go outside I don't put sunscreen on until I've been out for a few minutes so my body can produce Vitamin D. You should wear sunscreen because if you don't you increase your risk of getting skin cancer and your skin will be wrinkly at a young age.
