Sims 2 Double Deluxe on a Dell?

I'm worried my computer doesn't have enough space. I can't save it to any file, except for a Sims 2 Double Deluxe file. I tried my doents, my computer, my games, everything. They all say I can use these files because of a /\|:-*() character or something like that, but I can't save it to the Sims 2 Double Deluxe file because it says there's not enough room. The file is 4435.36 MBs. If you guys can't help me, what do I do?
