Everytime i exercise,i feel like throwin up and my stomache hurts and my lips get dry?

Try decreasing the intensity of your exercises. If I do supersets I feel like throwing up sometimes. I just take a longer break in between sets or I wait till I begin to feel normal again. It is better than puking. Work up to the intensity of your work out. Also try not to eat 2 hours before exercise until you get to feel comfortable with the intensity.
